bat444 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bat444 website at bat444.onl and all associated games, betting markets, services, and features accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the bat444 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's bat444 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or bonus amount granted by bat444 to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bat444 may require Players to complete.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.

To register an Account on bat444 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bat444 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must register using your own true name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended bat444 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be acting as an agent or nominee for any third party when depositing, playing, or withdrawing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bat444 or any of its affiliated game providers.

bat444 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat444 Account login credentials, including your username and password. bat444 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify bat444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All transactions and bets placed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you. bat444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including family members. Sharing Account access is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

bat444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment details of Players. bat444 may request KYC documentation at any point, including — but not limited to — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (photo page and personal details page)
• Driver's licence (where it includes date of birth)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash or Nagad account screenshot showing registered name and number)

bat444 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an Account where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with bat444's Privacy Policy.

bat444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bat444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your bat444 Account instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bat444 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider or network congestion.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit unless bat444 determines otherwise at its sole discretion. bat444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer where KYC verification is pending.

Transaction fees: bat444 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) are outside bat444's control and are your responsibility.

bat444 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your Account Balance if KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed at the time of processing.

bat444 offers a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion details:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have registered a verified bat444 Account.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• bat444 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors — will have their Bonus Funds cancelled and may have their Account suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash independently of the wagering requirement, or applied retroactively to settled bets.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

bat444's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international matches), football, and selected other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bat444:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bat444 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits may apply to individual markets and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. bat444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during a stoppage in play.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bat444's settlement rules for the relevant sport shall apply. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settled according to available official results depending on the extent of play completed.
• bat444 does not accept bets placed with the intention of match-fixing or in coordination with persons involved in the organisation or outcome of a sporting event. Any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors. Players who discover an error must stop play and contact bat444 support immediately.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargeback requests submitted to payment providers in bad faith while retaining winnings.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the Account settings or by contacting bat444 support.

By registering an Account, you consent to bat444 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of bat444 services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or payment provider outages that are outside bat444's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any delay in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Game outcome disputes where the relevant game studio's certified RNG system has been functioning correctly.

bat444's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bat444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bat444 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• A Player is under 21 years of age.
• An Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• A Player has initiated a chargeback with their payment provider in bad faith.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to bat444, to other Players, or to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, bat444 will notify the Player via the registered email address and will aim to resolve the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining may be forfeited in accordance with bat444's anti-fraud policy.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact bat444 support. Any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

bat444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bat444 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page at bat444.onl/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the bat444 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.
